🗒️ Overview
Claude Agents in Notion lets you create a Notion custom agent that runs on the Claude Managed Agents platform — a sandboxed computer on Anthropic's infrastructure.
- All user interactions (setup, chat, @mentions, tasks) happen in Notion.
- Execution (coding, file editing, web browsing) runs on Claude's sandbox.
Benefits of using Claude in Notion
- Automations: scale your workflow by setting up automatic triggers that assign tasks to Claude. For example, assign every new bug to Claude and write a draft PR
- Parallelized, collaborative tasks: Kick off many Claude tasks at once on a shared task board. Everyone on your team can observe and collaborate.
- Permissions: Granular control of pages, connections, and web access
- Cloud: Work anywhere, not just when your computer is open. Kick off work on mobile with visibility from your whole team
What you can build
- A coding agent that turns Notion tasks into pull requests
- A planning agent that drafts specs from a brief
- A research agent that browses the web and writes back to Notion
- A file-editing agent for documents, data, and assets
