To that end, we share the following values + enforce the following rules. By joining this community you agree to adhere to these rules or face removal from the community. First and foremost, we have adopted the Contributor Covenant to ensure that our community remains a welcoming, safe space for template creators.

A thriving community is made up of individuals who share their knowledge and expertise with others, as well as those who are open to receiving feedback and learning from their peers. As much as we consume content from others in the community, we give back by sharing our perspective and knowledge, and jumping in to collaborate and support other creators. By doing so, we help maintain a supportive and engaging environment that benefits all members of the community.
We foster an environment built on respect and empathy. We uplift and encourage one another in our endeavors as template creators, and are always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. By doing so, we create a positive community where everyone can feel heard and valued.
We share ideas, advice, questions, and feedback among community members. We understand that collaboration and connection helps foster creativity and continuous improvement. As template creators, we learn from each other's strengths and experiences.
We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, kind, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community. We acknowledge that this code only extends to communities Notion owns and operates, but we hope they'll be observed in other Notion-related groups and forums, too.
