It helps Ambassadors and community leaders host hands‑on sessions where attendees design and ship their first working Custom Agent. Who This Playbook Is For

Ideal facilitators

• Notion Ambassadors with strong product experience
• Community leaders who have run technical or product workshops
• Builders comfortable fielding live questions and debugging in front of a room

Ideal attendees

• ⚠️Only for users on Business or Enterprise plans!⚠️
• Teams of 2–4 from the same company
• Individual builders and tinkerers
• People with recurring workflows they want to automate in Notion (often with Slack)

Workshop Format at a Glance

• Duration: 1.5–2 hours
• Group size: Flexible; aim for ~50 max for enough 1:1 support
• Setup: Tables or breakout areas for collaboration, projector/screen, reliable Wi‑Fi and power
