This doc is a community playbook for running Build Your First Custom Agent workshops. It helps Ambassadors and community leaders host hands‑on sessions where attendees design and ship their first working Custom Agent. This playbook serves as a helpful tool, but is by no means the only path to hosting Custom Agent events!
