Lumi Labs Cybersecurity Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to secure all data and technology resources used by Lumi Labs.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and other individuals who have access to Lumi Labs' data and technology resources.

Policy

1. User Access Control: All users must have unique login credentials and passwords that are regularly updated. Access to sensitive data will be limited to necessary personnel only.
2. Network Security: Lumi Labs will maintain secure networks through the use of firewalls, encryption, and regular security audits.
3. Device Security: All devices used for work purposes must be secured. This includes desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
4. Data Protection: All data stored by Lumi Labs is to be encrypted. Regular backups of all data will be performed and stored in a secure location.
5. Incident Response: In case of a security breach, Lumi Labs will immediately take steps to contain the breach, assess the damage, notify affected individuals, and improve systems to prevent future breaches.

Training

All employees will receive regular training on this cybersecurity policy and the steps they must take to maintain security.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
