Eligibility

All current employees, regardless of their position or department, are eligible to participate in the employee referral program.

Referral Process

  1. Employees can refer a friend or acquaintance by submitting their application through the designated employee referral portal or directly to the HR department.
  2. The referral should include the candidate's resume, contact information, and any additional relevant details.
  3. Employees may also provide a brief recommendation or endorsement for the referred candidate.

Referral Reward

  1. A monetary reward will be provided to the referring employee upon the successful hiring of the referred candidate.
  2. The exact amount of the reward will be specified in the referral program guidelines and may vary based on the position level or criticality.
  3. The reward will be paid out within a specified timeframe, typically after the referred employee successfully completes a probationary period.

Eligibility of Referred Candidates

  1. Referred candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements for the open position as outlined in the job description.
  2. The referred candidate should not be an existing candidate in the company's recruitment process or have been referred by another employee.

Evaluation and Selection
