Lumi Labs Health and Safety Policy

At Lumi Labs, we are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all our employees, clients, and visitors.

Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment, and systems of work for all our employees, and to provide such information, training, and supervision as they need for this purpose. We also accept our responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities.

The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements that we will make to implement the policy are set out below. The policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it has operated will be reviewed every year.

Responsibilities

  1. Management: Management is responsible for implementing this health and safety policy. They must ensure that health and safety considerations are always given priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of work.
  2. Employees: All employees must take care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions at work. They must cooperate with supervisors and managers on health and safety matters, follow all instructions, and report all health and safety concerns to the appropriate person.

Risk Assessment

Risk assessments will be undertaken by the Management team, and appropriate safety measures will be established and maintained.

Emergency Procedures

Fire and emergency evacuation procedures are in place at the company premises. All employees need to familiarize themselves with the procedures.

Training

All employees will be provided with enough information, instruction, and supervision to perform their work safely and efficiently.

Accident Reporting

All accidents and work-related illnesses will be recorded in the Accident Book by the Management team. These will be reviewed regularly to identify any trends and to check whether the taken measures are effective.
