Welcome to the Lumi Labs IT Support wiki page! We're here to help you with any technical issues or questions you may have. To streamline your support experience, we've created two easy ways to submit a ticket:
Option 1: Submit a Ticket Through the IT Support Database
- Click the "New IT Support Ticket" button below.
- A pre-filled ticket form will automatically open in a new Notion page.
- Complete all required fields in the form:
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Department
- Phone Number
- Issue Description (be as detailed as possible)
- Priority (Low, Medium, High)
- Attach any relevant files (screenshots, error logs, etc.).
- Click "Submit." Your ticket will be sent to the IT support team for review and resolution.
Option 2: Create a Ticket Manually Within the IT Support Database
- Navigate to the "IT Support" database within Notion.
- Click the "+ New" button to create a new database entry.
- Fill out the ticket form with the same information as above.
- Click "Submit."
Tips for Effective Ticket Submission:
- Be specific: Provide a clear and detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Include relevant information: Mention the device, operating system, software, and any error messages.
- Prioritize: Choose the appropriate priority level for your issue to help us address it promptly.
- Attach files: If applicable, attach screenshots or other relevant files to help us understand the problem.
What Happens Next?
Once you've submitted your ticket, our IT support team will review it and contact you as soon as possible. We'll work with you to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. You can track the status of your ticket within the IT Support database.
