Onboarding Process

- Learn about our sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Attend training sessions on our sales tools and techniques.
- Shadow experienced sales team members and assist in sales calls or presentations to familiarize yourself with our sales approach.
- Ongoing: Mentorship and Growth
- Be paired with a mentor who will guide you and provide support.
- Set goals and objectives with your manager to track your progress.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute your ideas and insights.
