Here’s where you can put general information about your release schedule
The Major Releases
We have two major releases every year, one Winter and one Summer. These will include large enhancements to the core product as well as net new functionality.
- These releases will be well communicated to all internal parties and customers and will require a downtime window, usually lasting approximately 5 minutes in length.
- The release window for the Winter release is February 1 - February 14th and will take place on a Saturday from 01:00 to 01:15 am EST.
- The release window for the Summer release is August 1 - August 14th and will take place on a Saturday from 01:00 to 01:15 am EST.
The Minor Releases
We have two minor releases every year, one Fall and one Spring. These are designed to supplement the major releases, adding step-in options and small adjustments to released functionality.
- These releases will be well communicated to all internal parties and customers and will require a downtime window, usually lasting approximately 5 minutes in length.
- The release window for the Winter release is February 1 - February 14th and will take place on a Saturday from 01:00 to 01:15 am EST.
The Hotfix Releases
We maintain a weekly Hotfix release window
- Every Friday from 11:00 to 11:45 pm EST
- All releases will be communicated via email
