Reread the CV and resume again, this time with an emphasis on looking for what type of skills this candidate has. All work experiences require different types of responsibilities and traits.
Note any concerns you may have about the candidate's skills or experience. Some red flags may include employment gaps, or not having certain experience noted in the job requirements.
