Follow these steps if you are having trouble with your Smart LED Lightbulbs:
- Check the power source. Ensure your lightbulb is properly screwed into the socket and the fixture is receiving power.
- Make sure the bulb is compatible. Smart LED Lightbulbs may not work with all light fixtures. Check the compatibility of your fixture.
- Reset your lightbulb. Turn the light switch on and off three times at regular intervals. This may reset your bulb's connection.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection. Most Smart LED Lightbulbs use Wi-Fi. Ensure your connection is stable and the bulb is within range.
- Update the software. Make sure your bulb has the latest software updates installed.
- Try removing and re-adding the bulb in your smart home app. Sometimes re-adding the bulb can solve connection issues.
