Objectives

Onboarding Process
- Day 1: Welcome and Orientation
- Meet your manager and team members.
- Get a tour of the office and familiarize yourself with the workspace.
- Receive necessary equipment and access to tools and systems.
- Week 1: Introduction to the Company and IT Team
- Attend onboarding sessions to learn about our company's history, values, and mission.
- Meet with key stakeholders and departments to understand their roles and how they interact with the IT team.
- Participate in team-building activities and social events.
- Weeks 2-3: Technical Onboarding
- Learn about our IT processes, network and system configurations, and best practices.
- Attend training sessions on our tools and technologies.
- Shadow experienced team members and work on small tasks or issues to familiarize yourself with our IT infrastructure.
- Ongoing: Mentorship and Growth
- Be paired with a mentor who will guide you and provide support.
- Set goals and objectives with your manager to track your progress.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute your ideas and insights.
