Your organization (“you,” or “your”) may be eligible to receive a promotional offer available to select subscriber’s to Lenny’s Newsletter (the “Offer”). Notion Labs, Inc. (“Notion”) may collect information from you to verify whether you meet the program eligibility criteria. By submitting your information you agree that Notion may use the information to verify your eligibility, which may include sharing this information with a third party provider.

Offer Details

The Offer is as follows:

• 1 year subscription to Notion’s Business Plan for no charge.

Restrictions

• The Offer may only be applied once and may not be used not in combination with any other offers or codes. The Offer will be applied from the date that it is issued to you.
• The Offer may only be applied towards current Subscription Fees (as defined in Notion’s Master Subscription Agreement) and may not be applied to prior payments.
• The Offer may not be applied to existing paid subscriptions, including but not limited to Plus, Business and Enterprise plans.
• You must have less than 10 members in the applicable Notion workspace to use and be eligible for the Offer. If Your workspace exceeds the member limit, You will be required to remove members until you are under the limit or convert the subscription to a paid subscription without application of the Offer.
• The Offer is not redeemable for cash and shall expire one (1) year after the date the Offer is issued. At that time, You will be charged Notion’s then current pricing for the chosen subscription plan level.
• Notion may discontinue or revise the Offer at any time, for any reason and in its sole discretion.

Eligibility

You acknowledge and agree that Notion may issue or not issue the Offer to You or generally in its sole discretion and Notion may change the eligibility criteria at any time in its sole discretion. Current eligibility criteria include: (1) you have a valid Notion workspace; (2) you have never been a paying Notion Customer and are a non-paying Notion Customer at the time of the Notion team reviewing your application form; (3) you have never received and used a similar promotion from Notion; and (4) you have a confirmed annual paid subscription to Lenny’s newsletter.
