<aside> 👋 (2) A note from your Template Creator: This is the “Home Page” for this Team. I like to link out and add information that is most relevant to people when first navigating to my team. In short, I’m trying to answer these questions: What is most helpful for them to see; faqs, docs, etc.? What Metrics/Embeds do I want to include? How can I make this as easy to consume as possible?

<aside> 👋 *(3) A note from your Template Creator: The Golden Thread is the idea that as a leader, I can understand what the high level objectives are for the Team/Company and drill down into the work that will move it forward. For an end user, it makes clear how the work we do layers up to the larger objectives they may normally feel disconnected from. In this example, I’ve used an OKR model to illustrate the organizational (Team) alignment.
